Make a list
Before your move, make a list of items that you are bringing along with you to your new place. It can help to save alot of time and be more organized. Organize yourself with an inventory of your own for each location.

Have plenty of supplies
Ensure that you have enough tape and cardboard boxes before you start packing. More is better than less. You wouldn't want to run out of tape or boxes in the middle of your packing with your whole house in a big mess. By marking your boxes with numbers and area, you will know where to place the items without opening the box one by one to see what are those items. It also looks more organized that way and helps you to save precious time.
